Cancellations
Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations unless you have booked a Flexi Plus ticket. 

Your commitment to us
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Tulleys Entertainment Group Ltd and yourself.

Prices
Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Flexi Plus Ticket
To request a refund please email info@tulleysfarm.com, during the event period refunds may take up to *14 working days* to process. Any refunds will be less the £10 per ticket fee.

Tulleys Entertainment group Ltd reserve the right to issue a refund if the request is within 7 working days of your booking.

Please note you can’t add the Flexi Plus option to existing tickets purchased.
